It’s refreshing to experience customer service where you feel genuinely looked after from beginning to end. I can highly recommend Chris and his team. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time! And the best part? My van is happy again… and so is the owner. Thanks heaps, Chris. Keep being AMAZING!
Been back to Premier Automotive for some repairs and service was as excellent as usual.
New to Tauranga and was recommended Premier Automotive. They were very knowledgeable about common issues with my Audi, performed a thorough service, transmission service, replaced pollen and air filters, picked up a puncture in my rear tyre and fixed it, solved an oil leak issue and showed me exactly where it was leaking. All done with a super quick turnaround and a great price. Will definitely be going back for services and any repairs on my Audi. Thanks team!
