Chris is awesome. I called Premier Automotive and it went to VM. Chris promptly returned my call within minutes and was extremely accommodating when I asked if I could book my car (BMW X5) in at the last minute for a service. He booked me in for the next day and also gave me a courtesy car to use (unplanned) Extremely professional and efficient. An absolute pleasure to deal with, he also emailed me a full report of the status of the vehicle. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Better service than other European Service Centre, also service with a smile and pricing is extremely fair and reasonable!

Chris found my bmw’s coolent leak in minutes and sorted. While dodgy AA rescue guys kept pushing me to replace my car’s battery, Chris found no issues with it. Chris is the most realiable , honest and expert guy for european cars in Tauranga. Highly recommend if you wanna get things sorted without spending a fortune.
