I bought a used car in 2018, not realizing it had an issue. So, I went online looking for a trusted mechanic, and then I found Premier Automotive reviews were positive. So, I said to myself, "Let me try this one." I met Chris, and he was helpful and honest. Ever since then, my husband and I have taken our cars only to them. Special thanks as well to Taryn, who does an amazing job at the front office, and to Luke for fixing my car problem recently. 😊

Chris is a pleasant bloke who is honest and professional and doesn't try to upsell people. His team are thorough well organized and get the job done without mucking the customer around. Customer service is extremely good. Prices are fair and honest. With so many Cowboys and rip off merchants in Tauranga. Premier Automotive lives up to its name. Definitely happy with them.
